Of course. There is nothing to stop you speaking to a mortgage adviser who does not charge a fee to get the information on the mortgage that you require and then come to us.
DO YOU HAVE ACCESS TO ALL THE MORTGAGES LENDERS IN THE UK?
No, but we have access to about 90% of all UK lenders, including all of the top ten largest mortgage lenders.

WHEN DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?
We normally receive payment from the mortgage lenders within 1 month of completion.
We will send a cheque to you on the same day that we receive payment from the lender.
WHEN I TRY TO SEARCH FOR A MORTGAGE THE CHOICE IS TOO BIG?
Try using our "refine search" feature. This will allow you to narrow your search down to the most suitable few mortgages.
WILL I BE KEPT INFORMED OF MY APPLICATIONS PROGRESS?
You can keep up to date with the progress of your application with our On-Line Mortgage Tracking System. Upon receipt of your application you will be given a password to enable you to find out the status of your mortgage at any time.
